Culture Guru is recruiting for an
Internal Communication Specialist to be part of an ever-growing, data-capturing and data-identifying business that has been established for over 40 years, partnering with over 2 million companies.

With a company ambition of informing and protecting people, this
Internal Communication Specialist role will play a pivotal part in this company's future strategy plan.

The
Internal Communication Specialist will assess the existing internal communication methods and actively contribute to crafting and implementing an enhanced internal communication and engagement strategy aligned with the mission, principles, and three-year strategic objectives.

Responsibilities of the role but not limited to;

Evaluate the current practices and identify areas requiring improvement. Take charge of these areas and implement a new and enhanced approach in alignment with the organizationwide strategy, purpose, and values.
Launch a campaign to reintroduce and reinforce company values, fostering the development of cultural ambassadors within the organization.
Create and implement a communication plan aimed at significantly amplifying the dissemination of company stories and engagement opportunities related to values in action and future aspirations.
Develop an annual calendar featuring multichannel content that promotes twoway dialogue between the organization and its employees regarding values in action. Activities should focus on leveraging and supporting the leadership team to consistently and cohesively share stories about purpose, values, and behaviors from their perspectives.
Create and implement internal content to share on the internal channels (SharePoint) to inform and engage colleagues.
Host regular meetings with the senior leadership team to share updates and gather feedback.
Serve as a key advisor to the leadership team on internal communication matters.
Collaborate with the marketing, business planning, and HR teams to ensure alignment of all internal communications.
Utilize datadriven insights to measure the effectiveness of internal communications and continuously enhance our internal communications programs.
Previous experience in internal communications and preferably in employee engagement, ideally acquired within a variety of large and smaller organizations.
Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering internal communication strategies, campaigns, and plans that achieve desired business outcomes.
Experience in direct collaboration with leadership as an internal audience, including developing and implementing leadership communication plans while engaging key stakeholders.
Highly organized and capable of leading projects, with a proven ability to think strategically and plan content effectively across multiple channels.
Proficiency in sourcing and crafting content for diverse online and offline channels.
Confidence in providing advice to stakeholders on internal communication best practices.
Ability to cultivate effective working relationships and exert influence.
Proactive mindset, with the determination and enthusiasm to drive initiatives forward.
Selfmotivated and capable of taking ownership of projects with mínimal guidance.
Adaptability to work effectively in ambiguous situations and navigate stakeholder dynamics during periods of change.
Possesses a consultative approach, adept at collaborating with fellow key stakeholders within an organization comparable to the scale of the business.
Demonstrates proactivity and a collaborative mindset.
Exhibits a keen attention to detail.
