Description

This is a great opportunity for a well presented, highly motivated and innovative hotel Sales Manager or Executive with prior direct experience of selling both hotel bedooms and meetings and events, who is tenacious, result focused and ready for their next challenge.

With a base at The Bull hotel in Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire, applicants must be able to travel to the other 3 hotels in the Cluster in London, Windsor and Great Malvern, Worcestershire, on a regular basis.

We are seeking a Cluster Sales Manager with previous experience of both hotel bedroom sales and the MICE market in hospitality to join our sales team and develop our business by targeting and bringing new clients to the hotels, creating and sustaining a working environment that is pro-active in finding new business, whilst maximising the potential of existing users through effective account management.

What will I be doing as Cluster Sales Manager?

Achieving sales targets and expanding the business
Proactive account management of existing clients to grow revenue
Identifying opportunities for new business through research, cold calling, networking events, etc
Visiting all hotels on a regular basis, for meetings and to take the opportunity to visit local clients and host potential client visits on property.
As Cluster Sales Manager you will have.
Previous experience of hotel sales, at unit or cluster level, ideally with experience of both bedroom sales and Meetings & Events
Strong experience in proactive sales in events/hospitality including account management
Creative and innovative in thinking and approach
Motivated by a passion for quality and great service delivery
Knowledge of Database management, CRM and management of email and direct mailings to different audiences
Experience with PMS systems (we use Opera) and associated IT software
A clean driving licence and your own car and flexibility to travel.
