    You will be an important member of the team in helping them drivethe growth of the Reward function and help shape the future of our Rewardframework and principles.

    What you'll be doing Designing, managingand advising on all global reward policies and annual processes includingsalary reviews, benchmarking, pay equity, incentive pay and Executiverenumeration plans through strong stakeholder partnerships with HROperations, People Relations, Internal Communications, Group Reward, etc.

    Partneringwith the Director of People Transformation to build a global rewardstrategy Understanding the link between pay and performance and partnerwith the PL&OD and Culture teams to identify reward mechanismsSupporting the implementation of a new career architecture and pathwaysprogram through design of pay banding and subsequent analysis.

    Provideadvisory to HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and business areas onboth rewards strategy and time-sensitive operational matters includingbenchmarking and equal pay issues.

    Lead, develop and line manage a GlobalRewards Analyst More about you You will be a team player, happy to jumpinto live projects.

    Have the ability to manage the annual rewards processesand projects independently Ability to influence business leaders by usingdata and insights Strong systems knowledge and analytical skills with theability to interpret market data and trends using Excel, PowerBI or otherdata visualization tools A solid HR grounding to support the wider Peopleteam from a reward perspective.
