Our Defence sector who support military personnel are looking for an engaging Head of Operations to oversee and optimise all operational processes within the organisation, while fostering a culture of employee satisfaction, growth and engagement

What you'll be doing:


  • Identify areas for process improvement and drive initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness
  • Implement and support ongoing initiatives to enhance employee wellbeing, worklife balance, and career development opportunities
  • Foster effective communication channels and feedback mechanisms to ensure employees feel heard and valued
  • Lead employee recognition programs and initiatives to celebrate achievements and promote a culture of appreciation
  • Support team development Identify training needs within the team and implement initiatives to enhance skills and capabilities
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that promotes knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

What you'll bring:


  • Previous experience leading large teams
  • Evidence driving cultural change
  • Previous experience working in a governed environment
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience in performance management driving development

It would be great if you had:

  • BPO or service delivery background
  • Previous experience with public sector clients

Salary:
£58,000 - £68,000 dependent on experience

Benefits: 20% MIP Bonus, £6,600 car allowance, 25 days annual leave with the option to buy additional days, private medical (couple), life assurance, pension, and generous flexible benefits fund
