Are you a Project Manager or someone looking to get into Project Management? A new position is now available working with one of our rapidly expanding Defence clients, hybrid and flexible work options available.
What you will be doing:
- To take accountability for the successful delivery of projects, by directing, leading and driving the project delivery
- Guiding and directing project managers, ensuring that effective project controls are established and maintained for all projects within their span of control
- Influencing, organising and directing project teams, setting clear goals and establishing priorities
- Effectively engaging the customer, subcontractors, third parties and project stakeholders throughout the duration of each project, developing positive, enduring relationships (up to and including "C" level)
- Ensuring that a clear understanding of projects' progress, plans, risk and status is regularly, clearly and accurately reported, identifying and resolving conflicts wherever they arise
What you will bring:
- Demonstrable Project Management professional experience within the Defence sector
It would be great if you had:
- Current Project Management certification required for the role
- Current Membership of an appropriate professional project management body

£45,000 - £60,000
