What We Do
Visible Alpha enhances the investment research process by extracting meaningful analyst models, and research reports through valuable partnerships with the world's premier investment research organizations.
Our deep consensus data provides financial recommendations on companies and industries at a level of granularity and timeliness and that has never before been possible.
What You'll Do
- Act as primary technical point of contact for prospective clients throughout the data services sales cycle, including active management of trials and POCs
- Advise clients on decisions related to optimal workflow to ensure they adopt the appropriate data services product(s)
- Host product demonstrations and training sessions as needed to ensure clients are properly educated on data services product(s), in particular when
- Engage in postsale discussions with existing clients as necessary (i.e. Supporting a new use case for data services)
Who You Are
- Experience in a technical clientfacing role, preferably in Financial Services
- Experience with supporting and/or developing APIs (REST, Python) a plus
- Experience with supporting database technologies (i.e. MySQL, Snowflake) a plus
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills
- Ability to conduct live product demos and respond to questions ondemand
- Ability to think critically and tailor solutions to meet individual client needs
- Ability to relate technical information to nontechnical customers
- Ability to channel client feedback into meaningful product ideas
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Regional travel as needed to support both Visible Alpha Sales team and clients
