    Description

    The job

    • Selling Weddings and Events at Missenden Abbey
    • Meeting and co-ordinating with clients and event managers pre event
    • Collection of deposits and final payments & event details in accordance with the terms and conditions.
    • Running events on the day, co-ordinating and leading the operational teams where necessary
    • Identify and maximise revenue through forecasting & pricing and advertising
    • Help to create a successful selling strategy
    • Implement a proactive sales strategy

    What you will bring

    • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role in hospitality
    • Proven track record of running or coordinating events
    • Highly numerate and financial understanding
    • Ideas and inspiration for selling to the events market
    • Passion for working within a team
