Are you ready to take your recruitment career to the next level? Our client is leading provider of nursing and care staff across the UK are are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to support the Branch Manager in achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:


Client Engagement and Business Development:


  • Be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring accurate recording of their expectations.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and prompt resolution of client queries.
  • Conduct regular client visits to retain and develop business relationships.
  • Conduct interviews and provide detailed debriefs to maintain brand reputation.
  • Efficiently place nursing and care workers, ensuring continuous improvement.

Reporting and KPIs:


  • Meet agreed KPIs and financial targets.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports to the Branch Manager.

Skills/Experience:


  • Knowledge of the care sector.
  • Ambitious, driven, and determined to achieve targets.
  • Selfmotivated, resilient, and tenacious.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Previous recruitment experience is a plus.
  • Driver

Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
