Care Coordinator Position:

Competitive Salary: £24,000
On Call Payment: £1,500£2,000 per year + profit share bonus scheme

Key Responsibilities of the Care Coordinator Role:

Act as the primary contact for both prospective and existing Service Users and Care Workers.
Efficiently manage initial inquiries from potential service users and their families.
Create staff rosters to ensure the safe delivery of services to clients.
Collaborate with other professionals involved in service users' care.
Assist in the recruitment process for new care workers.
Monitor and conduct supervisions and appraisals for care workers.
Support the handling of safeguarding, incidents, and complaints effectively.
Ensure the service complies with the standards set by the CQC.

About You:

Full UK driving license
Excellent communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and priorities while maintaining composure under pressure.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Friendly, confident, and helpful telephone manner.
Teamoriented individual with the capacity to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
Positive and focused attitude to achieve and exceed targets.

Salary:
Up to £26,000.00 per year
