Care Coordinator Position:


  • Competitive Salary: £24,000

Key Responsibilities of the Care Coordinator Role:

  • Act as the primary contact for both prospective and existing Service Users and Care Workers.
  • Efficiently manage initial inquiries from potential service users and their families.
  • Create staff rosters to ensure the safe delivery of services to clients.
  • Collaborate with other professionals involved in service users' care.
  • Assist in the recruitment process for new care workers.
  • Monitor and conduct supervisions and appraisals for care workers.
  • Support the handling of safeguarding, incidents, and complaints effectively.
  • Ensure the service complies with the standards set by the CQC.

About You:


  • Full UK driving license
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and priorities while maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Friendly, confident, and helpful telephone manner.
  • Teamoriented individual with the capacity to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
  • Positive and focused attitude to achieve and exceed targets.

Salary:
Up to £26,000.00 per year
