Customer Service Co-ordinator
Reports to:
Customer Service Manager
Location:
WSD Stafford Park, Telford
Hours: 08:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday
Role:
The role of the Customer Service Advisor is to cover general admin responsibilities within the department and deal with customer queries advising accordingly.
Mandatory Responsibilities:
- Adherence to all organisational policies
- Ensuring all tasks are completed to agreed deadlines.
- Work efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure effective communication
Role Responsibilities:
- To carry out all date changes on Navision in line with picking capacity
- To monitor orders to ensure deliveries are made within the agreed timescale.
- General administration to support the Customer Service Team
- Inputting sales orders
- Provide holiday cover for the order input team
- Assist with locating empty stillages that are on customers sites
Performance Measures:
- Attendance
