Job Title:
Customer Service Co-ordinator


Reports to:
Customer Service Manager


Location:
WSD Stafford Park, Telford


Hours: 08:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday


Role:


The role of the Customer Service Advisor is to cover general admin responsibilities within the department and deal with customer queries advising accordingly.


Mandatory Responsibilities:

  • Adherence to all organisational policies
  • Ensuring all tasks are completed to agreed deadlines.
  • Work efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure effective communication

Role Responsibilities:

  • To carry out all date changes on Navision in line with picking capacity
  • To monitor orders to ensure deliveries are made within the agreed timescale.
  • General administration to support the Customer Service Team
  • Inputting sales orders
  • Provide holiday cover for the order input team
  • Assist with locating empty stillages that are on customers sites
