The Role:


As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our hotel rooms and public areas shine with cleanliness and comfort. We are seeking a dedicated leader with strong attention to detail and a passion for upholding the highest standards of guest satisfaction. In this role, you will lead and inspire a team of housekeeping professionals, while also personally ensuring that each room meets our impeccable standards before guests arrive.


Responsibilities include:


  • Ensure that all rooms, public areas, and backofhouse areas meet high standards of cleanliness and are wellmaintained at all times.
  • Supervise and lead the housekeeping team, including public area staff.
  • Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure high levels of performance and job satisfaction.
  • Ensure that all rooms are wellmaintained, properly stocked, and ready for guest checkin.
  • Support and drove housekeeping processes and procedures to maximise efficiency and minimise costs
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work culture, encouraging teamwork and professional development

The Person

  • Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Hours schedule: flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
