- Processing customer quotations and sales orders after showroom visits and consultations
- Sending out customer brochure requests that come through daily
- Completing sale order paperwork, ready to be handed over to the customer care team
- Supporting the sales and design team with any ad-hoc tasks
- Dealing with customer enquiries by telephone, live chat, and email
- Welcoming customers when they arrive in the showroom, offering them drinks and introducing them to their showroom host
- Providing customers with in-depth showroom tours
- Completing full design consultation and maintaining a high standard throughout the day
- Must have a clean UK driving license and own transport
- Previous experience in a customer facing office role
- Strong and accurate data entry skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a team
- IT savvy and be able to use in house systems
- Ability to multi-task and manage a busy workload
- 20 days paid holiday plus all statutory bank holidays - an additional 1 day's holiday for every year worked at the company (maximum of 3 additional days)

Sales and Design Consultant - Full Time, Permanent
Salary: 24.5k- 25.5k Per Annum (DOE)
Our client based in Aylesbury is seeking a Sales and Design Consultant to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with customer quotations and sales orders, as well as supporting the sales and design team with customer enquiries and ad-hoc tasks. You do not need to have any previous sales experience, however if you are a strong communicator with experience in a customer facing role, then we would love to hear from you
