Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for several Sales Consultants to join our client a Sunday Times award winning company based in Basingstoke.

The successful Sales Consultants will be responsible for:

Maximising the potential of every lead
Conducting a robust fact find with each client
Offering a range of products which are suitable for the clients and their budget
Maintaining a high standard of compliance
Managing a pipeline of business effectively
Communicating clearly and precisely with customers
Using questioning and listening skills when understanding the customer's needs

The Sales Consultant will have:

Excellent written, verbal & listening communication skills
A professional telephone manner
Ability to build rapport effectively with customers and colleagues
Proven ability to fact find in detail to ensure customer needs are fully established and met
Accuracy & attention to detail
A desire to work a micromanaged, buzzing, and structured sales environment
Team player attitude with the ability to achieve individual success
