- Develop and mature the Main works programme for construction of 2 main Buildings for 10 Dock initially for pricing purposes and later for construction.
- Construct, update and maintain programmes (in P6 - training will be provided)) including assisting in resource and cost loading for EV purposes.
- Update and monitor project progress, compile reports against project and contract requirements
- Introduce and analyse change in programmes and support the commercial teams.
- Evaluate supply chain and subcontract programmes and advise of quality / compliance where necessary.
- A qualification in civil engineering or construction to HND level or equivalent
- A qualification in civil engineering or construction to HND level or equivalent
- Previous experience and a sound knowledge of construction techniques, with a good commercial and contractual acumen.
- Ideally experienced in Fit Out & Services to multi-level buildings
- Capability in the use of some standard planning software, (preferably P6) and 4D software – training/support will be available as and when required.
- Knowledgeable in use of design software (CAD and Civils 3D, Revit), able to read & interrogate 3D models.

Construction Tender PlannerWe're looking for a Buildings Tender Construction Planner to join our KierBam Devonport Dockyard team based in Plymouth
We are currently delivering the redevelopment project at a Royal Navy site found in Plymouth and we are seeking a Tender Planning Engineer/ Planner. The role will suit a mix of project and site-based work, with some travelling, sometimes working autonomously to fulfil the role and planning requirements of the project. Due to the site being a high security military navy base, we need additional security checks which can take up to 8 weeks to process.
