Supply Heroes are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Cover Supervisor to join a fantastic Primary School in Handsworth Wood.

As a Educator you will work in a collaborative hybrid role where you will be delivering work in Year 2 in line with the National Curriculum.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and help them reach their full potential as well as a great opportunity for a Educator to progress into a Teacher with QTS.

This role is well suited to a ECT who is seeking a role where you can gain more experience in preparation for a permanent teaching position in the near future.

This role is also suitable for a HLTA or experienced teaching Assistant who has experience of teaching in Primary.

Assist in planning and delivering lessons, adapting materials as needed for individual students

Support students with autism or special education needs in their academic and social development
Evidence of teaching or supportive teaching
Knowledge of special education practices and strategies
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed
Qualification or relevant degree in education or related field is preferred
