About the role

This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about reward to lead on some great initiatives across all areas of the Boots UK, No7 Beauty Company and Boots Opticians business. You will report into the Reward Manager and work alongside the team to deliver on various projects including annual salary review, bonus, gender pay gap reporting, recognition and flexible benefits. Some key responsibilities include:

To support and lead on reward projects and to ensure these projects are delivered on time and within budgetProvide reward expertise and advice to business leaders and HR Business PartnersSupport the design and delivery of our reward initiatives and to look at ways to continually improve process and ensure our offering is appropriate and competitiveDevelop creative communications, ensuring they are fit for purpose and engagingProduce timely and accurate data and analysis to deliver agreed reward principlesTo apply governance to all our reward initiatives to ensure a fair and consistent approach in line with our principlesBuild strong stakeholder relationships with the UK & Global HR teams

What you'll need to have

Experience of managing projects successfully, including budget, team and schedule management Experience of working in a retail organisationExcellent stakeholder management at all levelsStrong experience of collaborative workingFlexible and proactive approachThe ability to plan ahead whilst also responding to in the moment delivery, with excellent organisational and planning skills

It would be great if you also have

Advanced Excel skills (can maintain complex spreadsheets), with the ability to analyse and present complex dataExperience of reward and/or payroll would be desirable but not essentialExperience in supporting and delivering a broad range of reward initiatives would be desirable but not essential
