Business Administrator, Hornsea.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will undertake the following duties:

**Key responsibilities:
- *
  • Assisting the Service/Maintenance and Compliance departments with admin tasks including preparation of documentation, record keeping and filing
  • Assisting the Shipping department with administrative support
  • General office duties


You will have an aspiration to work in a busy office and will possess good IT skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.

You will have good communication skills and recognise the importance of exceptional customer service, both internally and externally. You will have good organisation and time
- keeping skills as well as a high level of accuracy.

Hours of work are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £10.50 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Hornsea, East Riding of Yorkshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
