- Setting up and managing customer account details
- Monitoring the banks daily and throughout the day to assign payments on the CRM system
- Conducting Bank Reconciliations
- Following up with customers regularly
- Notifying about overdue debts
- Communicating with customers and site agents in anticipation of payments
- Collaborating with depots on customer inquiries
- Escalating issues to the Line Manager
- Handling Cheque payments and deposits
- Allocating Cash Customer payments
- Offering support to Sales Ledger as needed
- Experience with Sage Line 50
- Exceptional telephone etiquette
- Effective communication abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Capacity to work towards targets and manage a busy workload
- Ability to identify and raise any concerning issues
- Proficient in Excel, Word & Outlook

CXC is excited to collaborate with a top provider of temporary traffic management, barrier solutions, and events signage, in the quest for a skilled Credit Control & Sales Ledger Administrator.
The opportunity is located at their Head Office in Torquay.Prior experience in Credit Control is a must, along with a solid Customer Service background. Proficiency in MS Excel is essential. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
