**Customer Support Administrator, Didcot£20,000 to £25,000 depending on experience**Are you looking for role where you can use your communication and empathy skills? Do you have a calm demeanor? If so, my client is looking for a Customer Support Administrator to join their small team.
As the Customer Support Administrator, you will:
- Support the wider team to achieve completion of projects as per the completion date and customer needs
- Investigate & understand customer jobrelated queries and discuss with the appropriate department to achieve a resolution
- Provide support throughout the whole customer experience
- Support with Logistical operations: arranging deliveries and collections
- Liaise with internal operational departments to ensure smooth project management
- Prioritise and organise your workload to ensure deadlines are adhered to
- Update and amend documents as necessary
- Undertake any adhoc administrative tasks from all areas of the business
- Update the customer database
