**What the role entails:
- **Helping, advising and qualifying buyers ensuring their needs and requirements are met, by matching to suitable properties.

Quickly gauge rapport and build on existing and new business relationships

Accompanying buyers around properties.

Negotiating offers.

Having a knowledge of the local market

Requirements:

Full clean driving licence.

Smart appearance, well spoken and articulate.#

Hours: 9.00 am to 5.30 pm
