Description
The Role
Realise are dedicated to supporting West Yorkshire residents to positively change their mindsets towards numeracy, close the gap on numeracy skills, increase career and employment prospects and develop broader skills such as confidence and resilience.
And we need you
Whilst we can't promise that every day will be the same, your key responsibilities are likely to be:
- Managing a network of trained Multiply Ambassadors through an engaging online Multiply social media platform, keeping your ambassador network up to date with new and engaging techniques and strategies that will help them to further break down numeracy anxieties.
- Creating monthly newsletters for your ambassador network that will provide them with important information and updates in relation to addressing anxieties, numeracy development opportunities, good news stories and developing numeracy techniques to ensure their skills are kept up to date.
- Providing important 1:1 support to your ambassadors to ensure they can effectively support residents and service users with innovative ways of addressing numeracy anxieties.
- Organising and facilitating interactive and engaging networking events on a quarterly basis to keep ambassadors up to date and extend their network within West Yorkshire.
- Collecting data and information from ambassadors and ensure this is correct to upload to combined authorities.
- Measuring impact of Multiply Ambassadors, working within the frameworks and guidelines of contract requirements.

About You
- You will hold a minimum of GCSE Grade C in Maths, or equivalent
- It is essential you hold a Level 3 teaching qualification
- Experience in delivering experiential learning
- You will be passionate about numeracy and supporting people to develop their numeracy skills
- You will be non-judgemental in your approach
- You will be tenacious in your desire to build a network and stakeholders to continually build the Multiply network.
- You will be a clear and confident communicator
