About The Role:


  • Our Supervising Practitioners deliver effective support to a locality of education settings within NE Lincs, using the 8 Whole School Approach Principles to best support the settings.
  • Supervising Practitioners also support trainees and existing qualified Education Mental Health Practitioners via clinical supervision

  • Providing evidence-based interventions for mild to moderate mental health and emotional wellbeing issues
  • Supporting designated senior mental health leads in each setting
