Warehouse Supervisor IMMEDIATE START


Salary:
£30,000 - £32,000


Location:
Purfleet


Hours:
Mon - Friday pm

This opportunity would suit a talented Warehouse professional who is driven, ambitious and keen to progress to management


Our Client who are a market leading retailer are seeking an efficient competent, professional Warehouse Supervisor who is incredibly hand on and enjoys a fast paced environment.


Experience in a more client facing role is extremely important
The main purpose of this role is to support the end to end warehouse function from scheduling to dispatch. Our client are expecting a very high standard of work to be delivered.


Responsibilities:


  • Overseeing a team of 10, ensuring all demands for that team are fulfilled
  • Liaising with client to discuss work volumes and ensure KPi's are met
  • Completion of all associated documentation
  • Problem solving and resolving client issues promptly
  • Picking and assembling Finished Product orders for dispatch
  • Managing entire dispatch process to strict deadlines
  • Ensuring team are working within strict safety regulations and stringent processes

Experience and skills:

  • Leading a team to meet the demands of a busy warehouse
  • Happy to liaise with customer to resolve issues
  • Promote safety and productivity
  • Impeccable attention to detail and able to maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Hands on and supportive
  • Professional, committed and lead by example
