    Sales Support Administrator


    Salary:
    GBP27,000

    Location:
    St Albans (relocating to Luton September 2024)

    Hours:
    Mon-Fri or 9.00am - 5.00pm - office based but flexible hours

    Purpose of role
    Working closely with Sales, Service and Finance to ensure a smooth operation of the company's sales, service and logistics processes


    Responsibilities:
    Provide first line support for incoming customer enquiries
    Ensure efficient processing of sales and service orders
    Manage supplier & customer invoices
    Coordinate logistics of incoming and outgoing goods
    Raise invoices and track billing
    Provide general admin support and assistance

    Excellent organisational and time-management skills
    Works with precision, good attention to detail
    Strong written communication
    Can-do attitude, self motivated
    Intermediate user of Excel
    Ability to prioritise and juggle varied workload
