I am a French Canadian on a tier 5 visa. I arrived in London in July and I am looking for next work opportunity after my current temporary contract that will finish on September 9th. I have many years of experience in a fast pace industry.

As an Accounting Assistant & Coordinator with more than 5 years of experience in the movie industry. I possess in-depth knowledge of day-to-day administrative operations and coordination. I am a passionate and positive self-starter who knows how to be a team player. I am a detail-oriented person. 

In my latest role as an Assistant Coordinator for the Art Department, I learned how to prioritize and be organize to support the department with the latest needs. My role involved ensuring everyone in my department had the latest information in a fast-paced environment where changes can happen overnight. In team with the coordinator, I had to review purchase order, expense report and record them to keep track of the department budget. I had to make sure the accounting department had all the proper approved documentation so that our suppliers were paid on due time. This experience gave me the ability to develop very good communication skills and to thrive in a team environment as I was the cross functional point of contact for multiple crew members with different priorities. Also, it allowed me to be comfortable working with tight deadlines and to be an enthusiastic problem-solver. 

Throughout my previous roles as an accounting assistant, also in the movie industry, I was providing accounting administrative support across the accounting department. I was responsible for reconciliation, processing invoices and ensuring timely payment of vendors. I had to verify expense reports, maintaining ledgers and upholding confidentiality. Also, I developed various tools with Microsoft Excel to ease the workload and be more efficient. During my time at Kaibou Production Inc, we also had do deal with multicurrency under the advice of the external accounting firm
