Role: Network Invoicing Associate Mar 2021 - Present

Analyzing data on invoices to ensure correspondence to company standards to ensure accurate payments are made leading to overall efficiency and cost savings.

Data entry of invoice details into the Mainframe system for processing by the Billing department.

Ensuring the full set up of received claims to prevent hindrance of the process flow by claims not fully set up and

returning invoices lacking relevant details to the shops for them to update and resubmit.

Re-entry of the data on all re-key of web and paper invoices that are resubmitted by the shops.

Liaising with colleagues and supervisors to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly departmental goals are achieved.

Role: Internal Audit Assistant Sep 2017 - Aug 2018 Responsibilities:

Assisted in the preparation of internal audit plan, internal audit reports and status of implementation.

Assisted in ensuring effective accounting and internal control system.

Assisted in the regular audit of Payment Vouchers before payments were made. Weekly audit of Revenue collectors.

Collection, entry and analysis of district reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
