I am an experienced sales and customer relations professional with 10 years of experience in answering enquiries, solving complaints, routing calls and promoting products and services till repeated sales are closed. Within the period, I have used the correlation between effective communication, customer service and marketing to affect economic bottom lines positively. 

With advanced knowledge in marketing communications, I identify leads and convert them to loyal customers in both product and service industries. I take pains to discover consumer behaviour patterns of different demographic and psychographic segmentations.
