Job Title: Accounts Assistant

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm

Salary: £27,000 - £29,000

Purpose of the Role:

To assist the group finance function by managing daily transactional accounts and supporting management accounts.

Responsibilities:

Handle Purchase Ledger tasks such as reconciling invoices and coordinating payments
Conduct Bank Reconciliations
Arrange SEPA direct debits
Manage Sales Ledger
Support Month End processes
Contribute to the preparation of monthly reports for regional and global offices
Monitor and finalize balance sheet reconciliations

Essential Skills and Traits:

Proficiency in both English and French
Demonstrated knowledge of management accounts
AAT qualification or underway with ACCA / CIMA
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Personal attributes: systematic, meticulous, organized, personable, detail-oriented, and resourceful.
