    What your role entails

    As a Commercial Performance Analyst within our Commercial Analytics team, your main responsibility is to create and maintain advanced tools and reports that provide deep insights into our key performance metrics.

    By leveraging the diverse range of data available, you will utilize your commercial acumen, curiosity, and business understanding to propose recommendations and identify areas for enhancement.

    Working across various Commercial Levers such as Space, Range, Innovation, Pricing, and Promotions, you will develop new ETL processes, statistical analyses, machine learning models, and dashboards to support strategic business decision-making.

    Your innovative use of new data sources and generation of insightful analytics will help solve intricate commercial challenges and drive actionable recommendations.

    Collaborating with other data and analytics teams, you will access and integrate data, conduct ad-hoc analyses, and provide valuable insights to cross-functional teams.

    Your ability to work efficiently and communicate effectively, combined with exposure to modern tools like Snowflake, Alteryx, R, Python, and Tableau, will enable you to deliver impactful solutions within our commercial division.

    You thrive on using comprehensive data sets to develop and maintain advanced tools and reports that offer in-depth insights into key performance indicators.

    With your strong commercial acumen, curiosity, and business understanding, you provide valuable recommendations and spot opportunities for improvement across various commercial areas.

    Your expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization, along with proficiency in SQL and either R or Python, enables you to devise innovative solutions and automate processes, ultimately contributing to the success of our commercial division.

    As a team player and efficient communicator, you excel in collaborating with diverse teams and presenting complex analytical approaches to non-technical stakeholders.
