My client is looking to add a VP to the Corporate Solutions Team.

The role will support the team with origination as well as technical analysis with regards to the capital structure, credit ratings assessments, debt capacity analysis and other corporatefinance-related elements as required.


Core functions of the role:

  • Deliver technical analysis concerning corporate finance.
  • Produce customersfacing materials.
  • Propose ideas for analysis and client discussion.
  • Participate in mentoring, training and development of junior colleagues.
