    As a Children and Young Person's Support Worker, you will be responsible for delivering top-quality support across various settings with the assistance of a team of healthcare professionals, empowering service users to maintain their independence, and ensuring all daily living activities are carried out to the highest standard of person-centered care. We provide Children's Support Workers to a variety of clients, including those in residential, educational, independent living, mental health, community, and specialist units.

    Main responsibilities include:
    - Collaborating with a team of Child and Adolescent Support Workers to provide outstanding person-centered care
    - Establishing positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and, most importantly, service users
    - Acting professionally and responsibly during shifts, working alongside the service's management team
    - Performing all necessary practical tasks as requested, treating everyone with respect and dignity
    - Reporting any concerns to management promptly
    - Demonstrating confidence in fulfilling personal care duties
    - Handling complex needs and challenging behaviors with confidence

    Person Specification:
    - 6-12 months of experience in the health and social care sector working with Children and Young People
    - Holding an NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care or Children and Young Person's Health and Social Care OR being open to pursuing this qualification through our organization
    - Experience in dealing with challenging behavior and/or complex needs
    - Demonstrating reliability and professionalism
    - Ideally possessing a valid, transferable DBS registration (on the update service)
    - Approaching the role of Children and Young Person's Support Worker in a proactive manner and being a team player
    - Preferably having a clean driving license and access to a vehicle

    Working Hours:
    Days and Nights 12-hour shifts, including some weekends
    Pay Rates:
    - £15.50 per hour
