Customer Service Advisor
Sutton-in Ashfield

Permanent role

Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Salary £20,300-£22,000 dependent on experience

We are delighted to be working on behalf of a global manufacturing company to help them secure a Customer Service Advisor on a permanent and full-time basis.

Our client has a long history in the luxury manufacturing industry, using new and innovative techniques to create great designs at a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering high quality customer service when responding to queries.
Managing customers' expectations around deliveries.
Working with transport planning to organise redeliveries if required.
Proactively contacting customers with updates on their orders and deliveries.
Managing the company website and updating customers on order and product statuses.
Building strong relations with colleagues in other departments across the business

Required Skills:
