Customer Service Advisor
Sutton-in Ashfield
Permanent role
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
Salary £20,300-£22,000 dependent on experience
We are delighted to be working on behalf of a global manufacturing company to help them secure a Customer Service Advisor on a permanent and full-time basis.
Our client has a long history in the luxury manufacturing industry, using new and innovative techniques to create great designs at a high standard of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high quality customer service when responding to queries.
- Managing customers' expectations around deliveries.
- Working with transport planning to organise redeliveries if required.
- Proactively contacting customers with updates on their orders and deliveries.
- Managing the company website and updating customers on order and product statuses.
- Building strong relations with colleagues in other departments across the business
Required Skills:
- Maintaining a personable and professional response whilst communicating with customers.
- Being honest and reliable.
- Strong team working skills.
- To be able to keep calm and professional under pressure.
- Strong work ethic.
- Working to improve customer experience and processes.
