Description

To be responsible for the day-to-day management of the office and the development, implementation and maintenance of office practices and procedures.


  • To carry out a range of administrative tasks and be able to provide cover for other team members as and when required.
  • To organise and coordinate meetings and training events for the team.
  • To act as secretary for meetings, organising dairies and taking and distributing minutes.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality guidelines regarding all clients, conversations and referrals
  • Answer informal queries and provide information about Al-HURRAYA services
  • Abide by the Al-HURRAYA policies and procedures
  • Maintain an open and nonjudgemental attitude.
  • Maintain appropriate boundaries always.

To carry out responsibilities with clear regard to AL-HURRAYA Equal Opportunities, Health and Safety, and other relevant employee focused policies and procedures.
