Admin Support - Nottingham, United Kingdom - Al-Hurraya
Description
To be responsible for the day-to-day management of the office and the development, implementation and maintenance of office practices and procedures.
- To carry out a range of administrative tasks and be able to provide cover for other team members as and when required.
- To organise and coordinate meetings and training events for the team.
- To act as secretary for meetings, organising dairies and taking and distributing minutes.
- Maintain strict confidentiality guidelines regarding all clients, conversations and referrals
- Answer informal queries and provide information about Al-HURRAYA services
- Abide by the Al-HURRAYA policies and procedures
- Maintain an open and nonjudgemental attitude.
- Maintain appropriate boundaries always.
To carry out responsibilities with clear regard to AL-HURRAYA Equal Opportunities, Health and Safety, and other relevant employee focused policies and procedures.

Part-time hours: 12 per week

- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Nottingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
