Overview:
We are looking to recruit Mentors to work with young people and vulnerable adults across Nottingham.

Responsibilities:

With this role you'll be working as part of a Nottingham Project, based in Nottingham only.

The team supports vulnerable young people and adults.

In this role you will be supporting the people who use our services by offering them one-to-one support in the community.

Whether you're talking about goals in a coffee shop or doing activities in the community. We treat everyone as individual, so being flexible, curious and a good listener are key.

Helping people to take that next step can be a challenge, part of this role we will offer you comprehensive training and will ensure that you have someone at the other end of the phone for day-to-day advice and guidance.

We will also make sure you have a named supervisor, who you will meet up with you regularly.
