Contract Type:
Fixed term for 12 months


Salary:
£14,518.33 pro rata (based on a full-time salary of £23,874.58)


Annual Leave Entitlement:

Initial entitlement 33 days (inclusive of Bank Holidays), rising to 35 days after 1 year and increasing dependent on length of service.


About the role:


A fantastic opportunity has become available at St Margaret's Hospice, for an HR Coordinator to join our busy HR team.


We are ideally looking for someone who holds an HR Qualification (CIPD/ CPP) or is working towards one, as well as having recent and relevant experience of working in an HR environment.


You will be the first point of contact in dealing with staff queries, supporting each stage of the employee lifecycle whilst upholding and promoting the Values of the Organisation through effective and efficient HR support.


You will have proven skills in being able to manage a varied workload and the ability to re-prioritise at short notice.

You will also be able to establish credible and personable relationships across the Organisation.
