About the role:


We are looking for a key team member to join our 7 day a week operation as a Logistics Admin to ensure our clients vehicles are delivered on time and to the highest possible standard.


This role is important for us, we are seeking an intelligent quick thinking and organised individual with a strong commercial mind to be a vital person within our business.


You will be working with the company's directors and senior management team to develop and grow the company's business processes and customer relationships through effective management and delivery KPI's.

You will need to have a strong, forward-thinking character.


Main duties:


  • Organise and control the delivery of company orders via our transporter fleet.
  • Maintain relationships with customers and keep our brand buzzing in their head
  • Process and negotiate customer complaints or concerns regarding deliveries.
  • Control and manage documents and contracts with customers to ensure KPI's are achieved.
  • Ensures data input and is accurate.
  • Liaise with senior managers regarding delivery statuses and customer feedback.
