    Customer Service Assistant-Permanent

If you are a recent graduate or someone with some retail or customer service experience, this could be the role for youCherry Professional are pleased to be working with a innovative and well established client within the Electonics/Tech industry.
    The role of the Customer Service Assistant is to provide a un-complicated journey for customers; producing quotations and processing orders in a fast and effective mannerResponsibilitiesSupport the Customer service team across all platformsProvide general administrative dutiesUndertake general order processing and raising quotes.
    Support the Customer Service team in hitting service targets and enhancing overall customer experience.
    Provide a timely and friendly service for all incoming inquiries, orders, and support needs.
    Accurately process sales orders and handle all related administrative dutiesSupport customer engagement by maintaining regular contact with customers according to agreed schedulesIdeal PersonStrong communication skillsGood IT skillsCustomer focused attitudeHave an interest in the Tech industryCustomer Service experience (desirable)

    Hours of work are on a shift rotation basis between 8.30am-8pmHyrbid working will be available once training is completeOther roles you may have applied for:
