Teaching Assistant require to provide 1-2-1 support for a Key Stage 3 boy who has Autism and related needs.

This lovely Special School is looking fir a Teaching Assistant who has previously worked with autism to deliver 1-2-1 support for a boy with Autismand additional needs.

This role requires a kind, caring and empathetic Teaching Assistant who has previous experience supporting children with special educational needs.

You will be joining an experienced team of Teaching Assistants and teaching staff who go above and beyond to ensure that school is a safe, nurturing and welcoming environment for all students.

As a Teaching Assistant at this school you will be providing tailoredsupport for a Key Stage 3 boy, helping him in the classroom and supporting him during breaktime.

This role requires a Level 3 Teaching Assistant who loves what they do

Job Role:

  • Supporting Key Stage 3 Boy 121 basis
  • Having a good understanding of MLD and Autism
  • Working as a Teaching Assistant / LSA
  • Taking part in whole school activities and making school fun, engaging and nurturing
  • Breaking down barriers to communication and managing behaviours
