- Conduct thorough candidate qualification, ensuring alignment with specific role requirements and company culture.
- Supporting our hiring managers to conduct telephone and face-to-face interviews.
- Managing candidates' and hiring managers expectations throughout the hiring process, keeping them engaged and informed.

We are Tritility, a multi award winning, growing commercial energy consultancy based in the Northeast. Working with the UK's leading energy suppliers, we help businesses to save money on their utilities and reduce their environmental impact. Since our founding in 2019, our team has grown to welcome over 120 employees, and we are interested in great talent looking for career opportunities in the energy sector.
About the role
Reporting to our HR Manager, you will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle, including producing engaging job ads, pro-actively sourcing potential candidates through job boards and LinkedIn, interviewing and providing support to hiring managers, offering successful talent, right through to onboarding new employees.
The successful candidate will be the first voice perspective employees will speak to, making your role vital to building a strong employer brand and ensuring we provide a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Our standard working hours are Monday to Thursday: 8:30am-5:00pm, and Friday: 9:00am-3:00pm with no evenings, no weekends, and an early finish every Friday
