- Assist the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) teacher in delivering educational activities
- Support the development of children aged 3-5 years old
- Help create a safe and stimulating learning environment
- Work with small groups or individual children to provide additional support
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour strategies
- Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Enhanced DBS check
- First Aid certification (desirable)
- Understanding of the EYFS framework
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Patience and flexibility
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Experience with SEN (Special Educational Needs) children
- Working hours may vary but expected to be full-time during school hours
- Regular interaction with children and other staff members
- Physical activities such as assisting in outdoor play and movement activities
