Description

The reception team are the first point of contact for our service users, clinicians and visitors, therefore a strong but empathetic approach, along with good communication skills and a polite and professional manner are essential.

You will need to have skills to think 'outside -the-box' and use your own initiative when required, whilst understanding confidentiality and its implications.

You will be part of a supportive team, so good teamwork is crucial

You will be expected to portray yourself in a manner which positively reflects the values of Trust and in a way, which will ensure that effective customer care exists with internal and external stakeholders.

Previous experience of working within a reception is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
