Description

This role is based at their London office and supports the activities of the firm's Information Technology Department.

You will be responsible for:

Day to day business support of the three OMS
Charles River / Bloomberg AIM / Atos APOLLO
Managing / executing OMS projects
Write business requirements / existing process documents and effectively communicate them to technical team members and business users
Design new process to satisfy business needs.
Troubleshoot production issues with technical team members and report the cause of the problems

You will likely possess:

Detailed knowledge and several years support experience with Charles River system is essential
Knowledge and experience with Bloomberg AIM is preferable
Several years' of front office business analyst experience is preferable
Knowledge of SQL is desirable
