    Description

    Care Connection are currently looking to recruit a full-time Night Care Assistant to work within our clients small (18 bed), friendly Residential Home in Wickham.

    We need a team member like you to deliver high quality care to their residents and bring a smile to their faces every day. This is your opportunity to shine and really make a difference to the lives of others.

    This role will require you to have a car due to no public transport links.

    Please only apply if you have your own transportation.

    Duties to include but not limited too:

  • Personal Care.
  • Ensuring a positive environment for all residents.
  • Assisting residents in washing and dressing.
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
  • Support clients in maintaining a clean and organised living environment.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
  • Document and report any changes in clients' condition or behaviour to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Cleaning around the home.
  • Laundry.

    • Shift times

    Salary £12.50 per hour for applicants with no NVQs.

    Salary £13.24 per hour for applicants with NVQS 2 and 3.

    Hours: 48 per week
