Care Assistant / Care Worker

Experienced Care Assistant Required
We are looking for experienced care assistants, to work for our clients in their Care homes in Fareham. We are looking for Day Carers for this role but can be flexible on shifts depending on your needs.

This is the ideal role if you are looking for a fully flexible position where working shifts can be flexible depending on individual needs, where no day is the same.

The Role for the Care Assistant:
This Care home offers a lovely homey environment where each resident has their own private room.

The home benefits from a large communal lounge for the residents, A well maintained garden that surrounds the home for the residents to enjoy during the summer months, and for their friends and family to socialise and enjoy

You will provide person centred support in all aspects of the residents day to day lives, following care plans to enable each individual to be as independent as possible.

We ask for a hardworking and motivated individual and be able to hit the ground running in each service, and to be able to adapt to each service user's preference.

You will be required to have:

Experience in the UK as a care assistant
