JMR Healthcare are looking for an experienced Care Coordinator to join our team in our office based in Poringland
About the Role
Matched with your care experience, JMR Healthcare have an exciting opportunity for someone to help support our already well-established office team.
The right individual will be joining the business at a pivotal time after a period of significant growth and change.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls from services and staff.
- Being oncall out of hours. (On call Rota).
- Cover last minute shifts considering sickness and annual leave.
- Communicate with the crisis team effectively.
- Be able to staff new packages quickly and efficiently.
- Build relationships between crisis support workers and the office team.
About you
- Proficient IT skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Past Care Coordinator or similar experience.
- Excellent people skills.
- Resilient.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Ability to handle and adapt to fluctuating deadlines.
