Finance Assistant
Hours: 37.5 hour per week

£21,000 - £25,000 (depending on experience)

JMR Healthcare are looking for a Finance Assistant - ideally with experience in accounts and invoicing._
About the Role
Matched with your finance experience, JMR Healthcare have an exciting opportunity for someone to help support our already well-established office team.
The right individual will be joining the business at a pivotal time after a period of significant growth and change.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Process Accounts Payable
- Assist with weekly Payroll Processing
- Liaise with our external Accountants & Payroll Consultants
- Issue sales invoices
- Track and chase outstanding invoices
- Liaise with the Director and Senior Finance Officer
- Cover multiple inboxes
- General finance administration
About you
- Proficient IT skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in SME Finance Team
- Willingness to undertake an AAT Level3/5 qualification
- Ability to multitask
- Ideally working experience with Xero
