About the role:


As Associate Director ofCampaign Proposition, you will lead two high-performing areas of UCL's Advancement team - Philanthropy Writing and Campaign Relations.

You will join the Advancement leadership team at an incredibly exciting time as we plan for our biggest ever fundraising and engagement campaign, and you will play a pivotal role in its planning and delivery.

You will ensure we tell UCL's compelling story and drive internal engagement and coordination to support our campaign objectives.

  • This role is eligible for hybrid working with a minimum of 20% on site.

About you:


An experienced and creative communicator, you will work across Advancement and with the Vice President/Provost offices to deliver a powerful narrative for our campaign priorities and projects, supported by innovative cases for support and materials for our donors and prospects.


Able to see the big picture while maintaining an eye for detail, you will ensure the effective assessment and prioritization of campaign projects, balancing this with the importance of empowering a donor-centred approach to our work.

You will also oversee the coordination of internal stakeholder engagement for the campaign, and provision of programme management for our campaign workstreams.
