The Professional Services Hub within UCL brings together key customer-facing and transactional services across different functions; HR, Finance, IT and Business Operations.

About the role:


In this role you will provide first line support and advice to our customers on a diverse variety of human resources queries and requests, ensuring the ticketing system is being used and updated in a timely and accurate manner.

The position will require building excellent operational working relationships with stakeholders and colleagues, in order to ensure everyone receives excellent service delivery within the published service standards.
