Main Duties

Supporting Managers on generalist HR issues
Assisting recruitment campaigns of all vacancies
Keeping recruitment tracker up to date
Onboarding of all new starters
New starter catch up and probation reviews
Employee Relations including updating ER report
Contributing to continuous improvement
HR Systems and practices
Employment Law
Contracts
Managing disciplinary hearings
Managing grievances
Sickness and other absences
Use environmentally sustainable practices in accordance with our environmental policy
Seek ways to reduce waste and energy usage in accordance with our environmental objectives

Responsibilities & Competence

Ability to adapt quickly in a reactive environment
Being able to contribute to continuous improvement of HR Systems & Practices

Job Requirements

3 years HR and Recruitment experience
ER experience ideally from within a manufacturing environment
CIPD (level 5) or equivilent
Ability to adapt quickly to a reactive environment
Being able to contribute to Continuous Improvement of HR Systems & Practices
Great time management skills
The ability to multi task in a fast paced, reactive environment
Proactively identify and encourage continuous improvement
Selfmotivated and driven
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Package

Salary £30,000 £36,000 depending on experience
